Michael Pole

As CEO of Trilogy Studios, Michael Pole is setting a benchmark for independent game developers in terms of financing and business models that support the industry’s changing climate. Michael is an accomplished studio executive and entrepreneur with a diverse skill set developed during his 25 years in entertainment and interactive game development. Michael served as the Executive Vice President, Worldwide Product Development for Vivendi Universal Games. Michael spearheaded the deal that resulted in the successful sale of Fox Interactive to Vivendi Universal games.

Rick Giolito

President

Rick most recently served as Vice President and Executive Producer for Electronic Arts responsible for intellectual property development. Rick is the creative force behind one of the game industry's most successful game franchises, Medal of Honor, having sold more than 10 million units since 2002.

Rick was responsible for the day-to-day creative leadership of EA's Los Angeles based studio, managing teams of over two hundred and fifty developers in every discipline.

Brady Bell

Vice President / Executive Producer

Brady first entered the game industry in 1995 at DreamWorks Interactive, where he supervised sound design in Trespasser. As producer and creative supervisor, he then began a collaboration with Clive Barker and Steven Spielberg to create the award winning Clive Barker's Undying. During this time, Bell began serving as a design consultant on the Medal of Honor franchise. With the acquisition of DreamWorks Interactive by Electronic Arts, Bell was selected as a creative supervisor and designer on the international bestsellers Medal of Honor Frontline, Medal of Honor Spearhead, and Medal of Honor Breakthrough.

Technical Director

Robin heads up the technical art department at Trilogy, managing the content workflows, tools production, and special tech-art tasks including cinematics. His training as both a traditional artist and an engineer provides the foundation for Robin's passionate interest for working at the threshold of art and technology.
