Trilogy Studios

Our History

Trilogy Studios was founded in the Fall of 2005 by industry veterans Michael Pole and Rick Giolito to create groundbreaking next-generation video games and virtual worlds. A team of top-notch development talent was assembled from marketing leading video game companies including Electronic Arts, Take-Two Interactive, Rock Star Games and Vivendi Universal Games. Trilogy Studios' first video game IP will be Daybreakers and is currently in development.

In April 2007, Trilogy Studios unveiled their first virtual world - Pimp My Ride for MTV Networks. Pimp My Ride featured unprecedented levels of interaction and game play, and it firmly established Trilogy Studios as the leading developer of high-quality virtual worlds and casual MMOs.

In August, the company closed its second round of independent equity funding, totaling $3.2 million. The funds will be allocated to expand the company's virtual world and casual massively multiplayer online (MMO) businesses. Michael Wilson, CEO of Makena Technologies and producer of There.com, was also named to Trilogy Studios' board of directors.
